Hi! I’m Kaci (she/her), founder and sole clinician at Begin Again Wellness.

I specialize in attachment trauma, mood disorders, substance and behavioral addictions, PTSD, self-esteem/values work, and life transitions. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and knowledgeable about kink dynamics, ENM relationships, and am a neurodiversity affirming clinician. I bring a deep understanding of how early relational experiences shape emotional well-being and offer compassionate, evidence-based interventions to support my clients.

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective. My integrative approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and CBT/DBT skills to meet each client’s individual needs and assist in reaching their goals. My goal is to empower clients to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, develop healthier relational patterns, and achieve lasting emotional balance.

I work with clients aged 18+, and work with individuals, couples, and polycules. Sliding scale rates are available for clients in need.

I am licensed in the state of Florida, and available to see clients virtually throughout the state. I received my MA from the University of South Florida in December 2022, and have been working with clients since May of 2021. I received independent licensure (FL license number: MH25160) in February 2025.

When not working with clients, you can often find me reading a good book, at a pop/emo concert, playing Stardew Valley, DM’ing a DnD campaign, or curled up with my cats.
