Who
We Are
Begin Again Wellness, LLC, is founded by Kaci Crook, MA, LMHC, NCC. As a clinician, Kaci is committed to helping clients navigate the challenges in their lives - whether that be processing traumatic experiences, improving interpersonal relationships, increasing a personal sense of identity, navigating diagnoses such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, or similar. Kaci is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and is a kink-informed, poly-informed, neurodiversity affirming therapist.
Sessions are available in person in Seminole, FL and virtually throughout the state of Florida!
Kaci approaches therapy using a blend of Internal Family Systems, person-centered (Rogerian), CBT/DBT, and mindfulness strategies. Kaci believes in tailoring her therapeutic approach to the needs of each client she works with.
Kaci works with clients aged 18 and older, and works with individuals, couples, and polycules. Kaci specializes in working with attachment trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, anxiety disorders, ENM, kink dynamics, LGBTQIA+, interpersonal relationship struggles, and more.

This is a 50-minute individual session.
Sliding scale rates and insurance are accepted as well!
This is a 50-minute couples session.
Price listed is the private pay amount - sliding scale rates are available as well! Insurance is not accepted for couples counseling.
This is a 90-minute session designed for relationships consisting of 3+ persons.
